The Colonial Terrace House has a Colonial style, and was built in 1923. The main terrace is relaxing and have fountain . We offer 3 differents rooms where 10 person can sleep comfortable and one apartment with all commodities for 4 persons.

Description - Bed and breakfast

The house is in the really Havana center close to everything, you can go walking to Old Havana or Vedado, from only 3 blocks to the Famous Malecon Havanero and only 3 to the main Hospital Amejeiras. We have around cafeterias, restaurants, stores, olders cars (colective) for to go to whatever part in Havana for few money (0. 50 – 1. 00 cuc), Parks, Hotels and Center Havana Music House .

Our house, that will be your have a beautiful Terrace with fountain, whereas the sea breezes and the water fountain give peace. We have others common areas, the main living room and the main Dining room. From the balcony you can look at the sea. The house has 3 rooms and an apartment,
Colonial Rooms with 2 double beds, 4 persons can sleep comfortably.
Terrace Room with 1 double bed and one single bed, 3 person can sleep comfortably
Mirador Room with 1 double bed and other single and private terrace.

The apartment La Casita has a living- dining room, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a TV set, a fan, a safe and a private bathroom.

Our house keeps cold and hot water and electricity 24 hours a day
All rooms and the apartment have free access to the principal terrace, which is welcoming to enjoy the breeze from the sea and also our tropical sun.

Our services are based on our clients’ needs. It is offered:
  To pick up from the airport to the house
  Breakfast: Every day from 6:30am to 11: 00 am, it includes a tropical fruit salad, eggs, bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, chocolate, or any other of your choice. Service in the main terrace.
  Lunch or Dinner: It is offered every day, elaborated by the best cook of the family and it has to be booked previously. The Menu includes Pork, Chicken, Fish and Lobster with white rice or congri rice, beans, vegetable mixed salad, boiled potatoes with creole dressing or French fries, depending on the clients ‘choice.
  Laundry if it is requested.
  Cleaning service is done every day
  Dancing lessons, taught by outstanding professors of different rhythms, such as: salsa and folklore
  Spanish, English and Russian lessons.

We dont have any local transportation from the airport to the house so everybody have to get a taxi. We offer to pick up service for a good price. Ask for it.
